I originally found this shop after searching for someone to replace an inverter coolant pump on my Toyota Prius. They did a great job, completed the work quickly, and gave me a far better deal on the work than what I was quoted at the dealer. A couple months after that repair I was driving my husband's Prius when it started to make a banging noise. Not knowing what to do, I drove straight to their shop. They got the car in right away, and came out in a few minutes to let me know that one of the wheels had nearly come off the car. My husband had just had two tires replaced at a different shop. The guys at Columbia Car Care told me to phone the other shop - that they did not consider it would be safe for me to drive it there. The other shop did send a tow truck, and his car was fixed the next day. I am so grateful to Columbia Car Care for helping me that day, and then on top of that, they didn't even charge me to look at the car and let me know what was wrong. This is a great shop - the mechanics are honest, skilled and really care about people. Thank you so much for helping me that day!

The cooling system should be completely flushed and refilled about every 24 months. The level, condition, and concentration of coolant should be checked. (A 50/50 mix of anti-freeze and water is usually recommended.)

Never remove the radiator cap until the engine has thoroughly cooled. The tightness and condition of drive belts, clamps and hoses should be checked by a pro.

Change your oil and oil filter as specified in your manual, or more often (every 3,000 miles) if you make frequent short jaunts, extended trips with lots of luggage or tow a trailer.

A Great trustworthy truck shop! We are a moving company from NC that had a truck issue in MO. We searched to find a place to take an Isuzu truck that was having a DPF issue. After many phone calls with other shops to make sure they had the capability to work on Isuzu trucks we found Columbia car and fleet. One of the biggest fears with a having a truck repaired a long way from home is they know more than likely we never use them again due to distance. There are companies out there that will take advantage of the situation and price gouge customers. Columbia fleet took care of us as if we were their neighbor. In all honesty, they were more fair and trustworthy than the truck shops that are local to us in NC. Me saying that I recommend this is understatement. My last truck I was quoted over $4000 to fix an oil leak at another shop. I brought it here and they fixed it for around $500. I have since bought a brand new truck and I've been having them do the oil changes, but when it's time for a repair I will definitely bring it to CCC

Today my wife was on her way to pick up our son from school and unfortunately had a tire blowout. She pulled off the road, walked over to Columbia Car Care, the staff were so kind and respectful to her. They grabbed the aircompressor truck, changed her tire and had her back on the road in 15 minutes and they didn't charge her a dime. And she was on time for school pick up. As a husband I'm grateful for their kindness, as a consumer they've earned our future business. Thanks everyone!
